Breakfast:1 Scoop of F1 tropical Fruit + 1 Scoop of f3 of Whey Protein + 250 ml plain water & 200 ml
tea mix1.2l of tea mix with honey
Lunch: Half Rice , Fist Curry n Vege + 200 ml of Tea Mix
Dinner : 1 Scoop of F1 tropical Fruit+ 1 Scoop of F3 Whey Protein + 250 ml plain water & 200 ml tea mix
p/s: Today i never go fitness first :)
