Breakfast: 2 slice of whole meal bread with Tuna , 1 cup of Tea & 300ml plain water
600ml of tea mix
Lunch: Whole Meal Bread with Tuna , Pineapple & tembikai
Dinner : Rice , Rasam & Fish + 250 ml plain water
p/s: Today i go fitness first :)
